For the first time we have kept 4 , 3 and 2 different levels in offer 1, 2 and 3 respectively to make sure that most of our bottom level associate qualifies for the offer. Though it is a tough preposition to the company financially, we would like to experiment at least once. Ex-1 If you earned 8 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.25 times are 10 steps Commission which is less than 15 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 15 steps with required my miles during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 14 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.25 times are17.5 steps Commission which is higher than 15 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 17.5 steps with Eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 16 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.25 times are 20 steps Commission which is less than 22 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 22 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 20 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.25 times are 25 steps Commission which is higher than 22 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 25 steps eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 20 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.25 times are 25 steps Commission which is less than 30 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 30 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 28 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.25 times are 35 steps Commission which is higher than 30 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 35 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 24 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.20 times are 28.8 steps Commission which is less than 40 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 38 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 35 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.20 times are 42 steps Commission which is higher than 40 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 42 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 50 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.20 times are 60 steps Commission which is less than 75 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 75 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 65 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.20 times are 78 steps Commission which is higher than 75 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 78 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 120 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.2 times are 138 steps Commission which is less than 220 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 220 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 200 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.2 times are 240 steps Commission which is higher than 220 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 240 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 400 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.2 times are 480 steps Commission which is less than 500 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 500 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 450 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.2 times are 540 steps Commission which is higher than 500 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 540 steps with eligibility during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 900 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.2 times are 1080 steps Commission which is less than 1200 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 1200 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 1100 steps Commission in 18 weeks from 1154 to 1171 week and 1.2 times are 1320 steps Commission which is higher than 1200 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 1320 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Part 2 of the offer

For the first time, we are introducing Part two of the SPL offer which is an additional reward based on the completion of the criteria. This is independent of the previous criteria. This is to encourage the additional retail sale from the new joining. This will increase the productivity of all new joining and thereby result in overall momentum.

This offer is on Group My miles.

Only the below associate are eligible to participate in the offer and if they full fill the given criteria, they will get the mentioned reward in addition to part 1. Please note that they should qualify part 1 to get part 2 gifts.

If they generate an another 900 group my miles during the offer time in 1:2 ratio then they get an additional gift (will announce gift details shortly)

SmartValueNational TripTerms & Conditions:

Target period will be final dates/week to achieve the offer includes holidays also.
Travel expenses for National Trip expect offer no. 1 will be reimbursed as per the distance (from associate registered address) and amount decided below after providing Original Ticket and whichever is lower.
For 0 to 200 Km distance achiever will get Rs. 2000/- (2) For 201 to 500 km distance achieverwill get Rs 4000/- (3) For 501 and above Km distance achiever will get Rs. 7000/-.
Offer cannot be carry forwarded or exchanged under any circumstances.
Offer/Trip Location will be within The India Only.
Cash/Virtual Money will not be paid under any circumstances.
Offer is not transferable to any other person.
Smart Value Limited reserves the rights to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of therules, terms, conditions, benefits, and rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
An IBA whose associate-ship is under suspension is not entitled for offer or any tour.
If any disputes in this regard shall be subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi only.

Smart Value International Trip Terms & Conditions:

International trip

An exclusive completely company sponsored trip from the designated Airport to Destination.
The names of the qualified IBA’s will be displayed on the company website and they will also be intimated by email/ telephone, as per details available in our record.
Company is not responsible if the Visa is getting rejected for whatsoever reasons. Subject to T&Cdecisions of the Smart Value on terms or disputes if any regarding the offer shall be final and binding on the IBA’s. No correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
The Foreign trip starts from designated Airport only. Independent Business Associate should reachthe specified airport and also shall disperse from respective airports on return at their own expenses only including insurance during foreign trip.
The foreign trip will be provided to the IBA’s, those who possess valid Indian passport as on the date of demand for the same. Others are not eligible and have no right to claim in any manner forcompensation of any nature in the future also.
Choosing airlines for travel is the sole discretion of the company. The offer covers travel and specified boarding & lodging charges only. During the stay either at abroad or in India, miscellaneous charges like laundry/ alcohol/ telephone calls etc shall be borne by the respective IBA’s.
In the event of any IBA being refused VISA by the concerned authorities, Smart Value is not responsible in any manner and IBA’s shall not have any claim of any nature against the company in such circumstances.
During local travel either at abroad or in India the IBA’s shall follow timings and instructions givenby the local agent/ guide. In case of any inconvenience or loss due to non-compliance of this condition by an IBAoron anyotherreason,the company is notresponsible for any kind of liability.
During the trip if any IBA is involved in any illegal or abnormal or unauthorized activity either in India or abroad, the company will not be responsible for such activities and shall not be liable forany consequence thereof. In case of any miss happening or unwanted incident either for any of the individual or group of associates, the Company shall not be responsible
for any nature of liability.
In case of loss of passport by IBA while abroad during the trip, the respective IBA shall bear all expenses for processing and getting visa including lodging and boarding charges along with return air travel charges. The company / Travel agent would provide necessary assistance only on request.
In case an IBA is not an individual but it is a legal entity, only one person on behalf of one legal entity is eligible for foreign tour or domestic tour.
An IBA whose associate-ship is under suspension is not entitled for foreign tour/domestic tour.
IBA shall execute an agreement in favor of the Company by accepting the above terms and conditions along with other terms before leaving for offered tour.
Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Online User Agreement. The words and expressions used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Online Agreement. The terms of this program shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained therein.
