Ex-1 If you earned 1 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and 1.2 times are 1.2 steps Commission which is less than 2 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 2 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 3 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and 1.2 times are 3.6 steps Commission which is higher than 2 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 3.6 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify

Repurchase Plan 50-50 (Minimum 50% from step)- Earn 2 Steps and 18 Business points (Repurchase plan) or 1.2 times of commission earned between (1256 Week to 1261 Week) whichever is higher from 3rd Feb 2025 (1267 week) to Week ending on 15th March 2025 (1272 Week).

Ex-1 If you earned 2 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and 1.2 times are 2. 4 steps Commission which is less than 4 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 4 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 5 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and
1.2 times are 6 steps Commission which is higher than 4 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 6 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 6 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and 1.25 times are 7. 5 steps Commission which is less than 8 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 8 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 12 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and 1.25 times are 15 steps Commission which is higher than 8 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 15 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this offer.

Repurchase Plan 50-50 (Minimum 50% from step)- Earn 6 Steps and 54 Business points (Repurchase plan) or 1.25 times of commission earned between (1256 Week to 1261 Week) whichever is higher from 3rd Feb 2025 (1267 week) to Week ending on 15th March 2025 (1272 Week).

Ex-1 If you earned 8 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and
1.25 times are 10 steps Commission which is less than 12 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 12 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 11 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and 1.25 times are 13.75 steps Commission which is higher than 12 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 13 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this offer.

(Minimum 50% from step Commission and the rest can be the combination of Steps and point value)
Repurchase Plan 50-50 (Minimum 50% from step)- Earn 12 Steps and 108 Business points (Repurchase plan) or 1.25 times of commission earned between (1256 Week to 1261 Week) whichever is higher from 3rd Feb 2025 (1267 week) to Week ending on 15th March 2025 (1272 Week).

Ex-1 If you earned 15 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and
1.25 times are 18.75 steps Commission which is less than 24 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 24 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 23 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and
1.25 times are 28.75 steps Commission which is higher than 24 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 28.75 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this offer.

OFFER 8.

Reward: International Trip to Vietnam for 4 Days 3 Nights

Offer period: Week starting from 3rd Feb 2025 (1267 week) to Week ending on 15th March 2025 (1272 Week).

Eligibility of the offer: Diamond & Above associate of FY 2023-24 or Diamond till 1266 week are eligible for this offer.

Offer Terms and Conditions:- Earn 45 Steps or 1.25 times of steps (Earned between 1256 Week to 1261 Week) commission whichever is higher from 3rd Feb 2025 (1267 week) to Week ending on 15th March 2025 (1272 Week).

OR

(Minimum 50% from step Commission and the rest can be the combination of Steps and point value)
Repurchase Plan 50-50 (Minimum 50% from step)- Earn 23 Steps and 198 Business points (Repurchase plan) or 1.25 times of commission earned between (1256 Week to 1261 Week) whichever is higher from 3rd Feb 2025 (1267 week) to Week ending on 15th March 2025 (1272 Week).

Ex-1 If you earned 26 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and
1.25 times are 32.5 steps Commission which is less than 45 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 45 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-2 If you earned 48 steps Commission in 6 weeks from (1256 Week to 1261 Week) and
1.25 times are 60 steps Commission which is higher than 45 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 60 steps with eligibility criteria during the Offer period to qualify for this offer.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. The names of the qualified IBAs will be displayed on the company website, and they will also be notified by email/telephone, as per details available in our records.
2. An IBA whose association is under suspension is not entitled to the offer or any tour.
3. Company reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or otherwise change any of the rules, terms, conditions, benefits, and rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
4. The National Tour will be conducted in the month of July 2025 & International will be conducted in the month of October 2025. Any Emergency in the mentioned National & International destinations due to any reason can affect the tour timeline.
5. The Offer stands from 03rd Feb 2025 till 15th March 2025 which includes all holidays.
6. The offer cannot be carried forward or exchanged under any circumstances.
7. Cash/Virtual Money will not be paid under any circumstances. If Any IBA misses to go on tour due to any reason, the reward will be considered as redeemed. Do keep your passport/travel month schedule planned in advance to avoid the scenario of Tour redemption without travel.
8. The offer is not transferable to any other person.
9. The Travel reimbursement will mandatorily be based on provided Tickets.
10. Any disputes in this regard shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi only.
